Rewards and Affiliate Rules

PART II: "Invite a Friend" Program Terms

By participating in the MelioPlay "Invite a Friend" Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you (the "Referrer") accept these terms and conditions (the "Program Terms").

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

To participate as a Referrer:

• You must have an active account on MelioPlay.
• To receive rewards, you must share the unique referral link provided in your account dashboard.
• Referred users must register legitimately and comply with the platform's geographical and legal requirements.

2. Referral Rewards

Rewards are issued only for valid activities of new users who register using your referral link. You receive rewards when a referred friend ("Referred User") completes these actions:

• First Reward: Credited when the Referred User registers through your link and successfully completes their first offer using MelioPlay.
• Second Reward: Credited when the Referred User makes their first successful withdrawal from the platform.

Note: Reward amounts and types may vary and are subject to dynamic platform rates.

3. Reward Verification and Fraud Prevention

Rewards are not credited immediately in all cases. MelioPlay reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards for suspected fraud, including:

• Self-referrals or creation of duplicate accounts.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, emulators, or similar tools to mask identities.
• Any other attempt to abuse the program or alter metrics.

4. Program Violations and Appeals

We may block or disqualify users for:

• Violating affiliate policies or these Program Terms.
• Violating MelioPlay's general Terms of Service.

5. Referrer Obligations

By participating, you agree to:

• Share referral links ethically, lawfully, and transparently.
• Avoid misleading claims or deceptive marketing (e.g., promising guaranteed money or unrealistic methods).
• Comply with all applicable laws in your country (including spam and data privacy regulations).
• Not use VPNs/proxies to bypass geographical advertising restrictions.

6. Prohibited Activities

Under no circumstances should you:

• Send spam or unsolicited communications (mass emails without consent).
• Deceptively incentivize registrations (e.g., paying third parties to register using your link).
• Impersonate MelioPlay, use our logo without official authorization to create fake social media profiles, or misuse our brand.
• Engage in behavior that damages the company's reputation.

7. Relationship Between Parties

Participation in the Program does not create any employment, business association, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and VEMOX SOLUCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS EMPRESARIALES S.A. de C.V. (MelioPlay).

8. Termination of Participation

MelioPlay may terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any violation of these terms, resulting in the total, immediate, and irrevocable loss of all pending or future rewards.

9. Liability and Indemnification

You agree and commit to:

• Indemnify and hold MelioPlay harmless against claims, fines, or damages arising from your improper participation in the Program.
• Not initiate legal action against MelioPlay for minor disputes related to the program, accepting our internal arbitration as binding.

10. Modifications

MelioPlay reserves the right, at any time, to modify or cancel the Program, as well as change these Program Terms. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of such changes.

11. Governing Law

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws or regulations in the user's country of residence require otherwise.
